Veterinary Specialty Referral Center provides sophisticated medical and surgical treatment by highly trained veterinarians on a referral basis. The veterinarians who work at VESC believe that the participation of your primary care veterinarian is critical to the successful care of your pet. VESC works closely with your primary care veterinarian to help establish a diagnosis and formulate the optimal medical or surgical treatment plan for your pet. How to Refer a Pet to Us
To refer a pet to our specialty center, the pet must be referred by the treating veterinarian. Veterinarians may refer a pet by completing the online form or by faxing the printable referral form below. Once a pet is referred to us, the pet's owner will be contacted within 24 business hours to schedule an appointment.

All URGENT referrals should be faxed directly to 505-338-3842 followed by a telephone call to the hospital advising them of urgent referral request.
